Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Spain. The present worldwide security regulations result in generally more stringent visa requirements and associated visa processing time. We strongly recommend that you consult the official website of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for updated information for foreigners entrance Visas for Spain and permits of stay.

Foreign participants should contact the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in their home country as soon as possible to determine their particular Visa requirements. The conference organizers cannot assist participants with their Visa application process and cannot intervene with Embassies or Consulates on behalf of any participants.

A personal invitation letter for Visa can be obtained only through EDAS website once registration payment is received.
