Registration

For each accepted regular or invited paper at least one of the authors is required to be registered at the applicable rate. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one registration is valid for up to two accepted papers.

The registration to ONDM2016 can be done via:

• Online payment with credit card (enabled circuits: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro). Registration is closed.

The registration fee for delegates includes:

• Admission to all the scientific sessions, including Workshop
• Conference materials and proceedings
• Coffee breaks and lunches
• All social events (Welcome Cocktail, Gala Dinner, etc.)

Confirmation

In order to receive confirmation of registration by e-mail, please make sure to indicate the e-mail address on the registration form! Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Collection of Conference documents

All documents, and name badge can be obtained from the on-site Conference Secretariat, open for the duration of the Conference.

Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be provided in writing (ondm2016@upct.es) and received by April 20th, 2016. No refunds will be provided for requests received after this date. All approved cancellations incur a 100 EUR administrative fee.
