Conference attendees are responsible for making their transfer to the venue.

The best way to reach Cartagena is flying to one of the closest airports: Murcia-San Javier International Airport (MJV), Alicante International Airport (ALC) or Madrid-Barajas International Airport (MAD), located at 24, 95 and 450 Km from Cartagena, respectively. These airports have regular flights from/to several European cities, including London airports (of interest to international flights transfers).

Getting Cartagena from the nearby airports

There is no regular direct bus service between the airports and Cartagena: the buses stop at Murcia, and there another bus/train can take you to Cartagena. To help the attendees, the organization has contacted an external company (AV Autos Murcia) to offer the possibility of a direct car transfer service at fixed prices and conditions, for those willing to use it. This transfer service has two options:
